- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items

- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Any custom-made or personalised items
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
4. Exchanges

5. Return Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
